Shipping policy

HB products are often produced on demand, which means we begin production after you place your order.

This helps us avoid producing large quantities of unsold stock.

Processing

Orders typically require 5 business days for production before dispatch.

During launches, collaborations or periods of unusually high demand, production may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
